Also, did anybody try to use it on a Sidekick processor? I'm worried that the film would not stay in place with rotational processing...

I've got one; there is absolutely NO way the film could fall out. As long as the reel stayed in a tank, you could squirt it with a firehose. You have to bend the film an amount more than the width of a paterson tank to get it out of the teeth. That can only be done when the reel is out of the tank.

I have one (Morgan is a great guy and very helpful). Used it 4 times and without a hitch. Loading up in a changing bag would obviously be a pain but in my light tight wine cellars it works great. A couple of dry runs and after that, loaded in a heart-beat. Agitating by inversion is not the best way though, as the sheets got knocked lose once. More of a twisting, gentle rotation works perfectly fine.
