I don't know where Gainer originally published his musings; I suspect they're not in one specific place, but spread across a selection of journals, websites and forum posts. I always relied on this resource: https://unblinkingeye.com/Articles/VitC/vitc.html It's not complete in the sense that he's done more than what's written on that single page. Maybe if you can pinpoint what exactly you're missing, people can point you towards a good source.
