Paris Night & Day: photography between the wars

Thank you for this. It just so happens I will be in Boston that week. Excellent opportunity to see works I only get to hear about or see in reproduction.

I like the first shot on the webpage. Every time I try to photograph fog it just looks, well, foggy, but they managed to actually have it look like fog. I know, it doesn't make sense, but it is better than what I get by a mile. Maybe because it's Paris in fog.

This needs to get added to our outing schedule.
Thanks for posting this Whitey.

Is there any way to stop that slideshow from zooming and panning the photos when I'm trying to look at them?

Went to see the show today, it's an amazing collection. A unique opportunity to see some of the masterworks by Cartier-Bresson, Kertész and Brassaï among others. Well worth the trip if you are anywhere near Boston.

To go along with the show. This looks interesting. I may not be able to make it, but I hope to do so.
