Paris - Any shops with second hand darkroom equipment ?

Anyone know any shops there, that sell enlargers and parts?

Many (most?) second-hand photo shops in Paris are clustered on Boulevard Beaumarchais. But they charge "main street" prices. In your place, I would rather bet on the Bievres photo market, coming June 6-7.

I agree with bernard_L -- there's not a lot of used darkroom gear available on Beaumarchais -- the only items I've seen are in Odeon Photo on the left side of Beaumarchais heading toward Place de la Republique. There will be some at Bievres, though I was specifically looking for darkroom items last year there and didn't find very much. FYI, the Bievres website says the camera fair starts at 2 PM on Saturday, but I recall last year that it actually started in morning -- so don't hesitate to get there early.

Photostock (Boulevard Sérurier) sometimes has some enlargers, may be other items (I'm sure I saw enlarger lenses for example)

most of the used camera equipment shops I knew of died a death with the advent of the auction sites. They put all their stuff on there and emptied their shelves which meant no one went there and they subsequently closed down.

For heaven's sake -- and here I'd been thinking Sels d'Argent was down south near Lyon somewhere. I'll have to pay them a visit and see what's what.

As it was, I had no time to even try any place. Photostock I know - I buy paper and chemicals there now and then, good selection! Sels d'Argent is new to me.
