Paramount cords website

Is paramount cords still in business. I have tried to order a custom cord on their website and the pay section would not work. Tried emailing without success. Tried calling and just got a voice mail for some person who did not identify himself as with paramount cords.

Has anyone else had any dealings with paramount cords? I ordered a custom cord on 10/27/2019 for my Graflex Super Graphic. I received a receipt the next day from Paramount as well as Pay Pal. Since that time I have heard nothing. I have attempted to call numerous times without success. Finally got a working email address but have had no response to it either. I don't know if the item has been shipped or what the status is. How long should I have to wait for this?

I’ve had good dealings with them periodically over the past lot of years. Most recently a year ago. I doubt most of the cords are inventoried and suspect they need to custom make them. That takes time. I recall that they aren’t as informative as some of the more recent internet sellers but it really seems like you are worried too much and a bit impatient. 10/27 was only 6 work days ago.

I guess I am being impatient, too used to Amazon with their 2 day delivery. I ordered a sync cord so I can use an electronic flash with my super graphic. I do wish they would send some notice as to what is happening with the order.
