I have a what might seem to be a weird question. Which is more sensitive wet (after squeegee) or dry paper? Does the same hold for film?

I am about to do some experimenting along these lines tomorrow evening and wanted to tap into the "collective genius" of APUG before exposing too much paper.

I look forward to the "discussion".

Regards,
Darwin

You mean unexposed?

Some papers have stuff [developer] in them. So washing it first slows it down.

Nick:

Yes unexposed. I had not thought about the effect of soaking/washing a "developer incorporated" paper. Your logic makes sense. Thanks for your input.

Does anyone have any published data or data they have gotten through experimentation on the ISO (ASA) of various silver-gelatin papers that are available today (enlarging or contact)? Or exposure information for creating pinhole exposures directly onto paper? Regards, Les
