Hello all!
I recently purchased a Panoram 4b for $35 at an antique mall. Leatherette is in good shape and the shutter mechanism seems to work well.
My issue is that the bellows is shredded. I pulled it off and was going to replace it with chamois leather. This may seem a stupid question to some, but do I need to blacken the leather that is inside the camera? Seems that the light will be concentrated inside the sweeping mechanism, but I just wanted to be sure.
Any other suggestions, guidance or comments on this Frankenstein project would be genuinely appreciated!
