PA/NY Gathering?

I'm sorry to say that after looking at my work schedule for late spring/early summer I'm going to have pull out of organizing the gathering I sincerly apologize for having to do this. I'm self employed & after looking at what I have on my schedule(which came after I suggested the gathering) I barely have any time for my family. So, if anyone else feels lead to take this idea farther feel free to do so wherever you want. Again I apologize for pulling out.

I'd be willing to drive from Virginia, but keep in mind the Look3 Festival of the Photo that takes place in June here in Charlottesville. It might conflict with folks here in central Virginia and the D.C. area. How about late May?

On the Largeformat forum there is/was a similar planning stage get together at Letchworth State Park this Spring
