P3 Bleach color

I just mixed up my first batch of P3.20. The bleach is yellow. I recollect the P30 that I used in the distant past was brownish even when fresh. Am I remembering wrong or is this just a different color? I thought the two versions were supposed to be pretty similar if not almost identical nowadays.

I'm not sure but bleaches are all different colors. When I get a new type I check to make sure i've mixed it right. Though it's not as bad as the E6 color developer which seems to change anywhere from opaque yellow to purple depending on its mood....
