I've searched but unfortunately have found no information on how to pre treat paper with oxalic acid. I am doing Pt/Pd prints and would like to experiment with a various papers. Any information would be appreciated.

I treat in hot tap water between 2% - 5% based on the paper for 10 min. This works for the Fabriano papers and Rives BFK. I'd just go with 5%.
