Over-diluted C-41 Rollei

So in a huge brain fog I mixed:
3000ml of developer - instead of 2,500ml and 3,500ml of Blix instead of 2,500ml (it was a 2.5ltr kit obviously)
......not wanting to waste anything I went for it by adjusting times.....I developed for 4 mins and Blix for 8 mis 20 secs approx. Results were what I consider as expected.

Did I do the right thing...correcting times like on BW processing or have I been lucky hahah. Also I never preheat anything and simply pour in the developer into the Paterson tank....then I do inversions....and I wouldn't say those are very scientific either.......suffice to say colour negative is 'forgiving' in processing or am I deluding myself?

I did this with just the blix a little while ago. Some films handle it better than others. I am seeing color shifts in quite a few of the negatives.

I would expect shifts and crossovers in the colour - (Crossover: where the highlights of one colour are too strong while the shadows are not strong enough or visa versa)

that said I used to use the spoon measuring method with a substitute formula using CD-4 for C-41, and also processing ECN-2. and the images were acceptable for my colour blind eyes. (its the red-greens that get me) so yes, depending on how critical your needs are the C-41 process can offer some wriggle room.
