Kinegram is a new security printed media which have a 3d appereance but not a hologram but free form ruling grating printed in either side of the polymer film and metal foil covered shiny security feature.

I know ruling grating and free form ruling grating is extremelly difficult to make but may be there is a way to generate them on photopolymer plate with color film and another ruling grating , all three sandwiched and locally enlighted with different laser sources or normal light .

This can be used to print carbon prints engraved in/on to film and coated with metalised film.

Than photopolymer master could be coated with metal , metal removed and attached to hot emboss head.

I dont know , any idea is welcome.

I am thinking to print my own engravings and ultraviolet , infrared , color changing inks on to polymer film with above.
