HP5+ is more popular and older or longer in production than Foma 200 as i understand, and it is being more favorite film to many, but i will choose one of the films according to the exposure, if it is daylight with enough available light then better use slower film, and don't look at quality of film, many may give you gazillion answers about each film look and performance and you may not use any, the question is, why don't you shoot with both anyway? you think one film sheet is enough? 4x5 quality is in another class anyway, believe me, any or my film will give you nice results no doubt if you control the exposure/light and temp and processing.
