Hello Team,

Was wondering about user experience between Toyo G and the newer G2?

Looks like upgraded hardware on the camera?
Anyone who has experience with both, would be interested in your feedback? R. Kumar possibly chime in...
I have used my G for last 20 years without issues but now it takes more effort to lock everything down but still a well built camera particularly when compared to some Omega models.

Thanks for your feedback on this!

"John, I have an 8x10 G and a 4x5 GII and the only difference I remember,
other than the size, is the GII is all black. I had a G but traded it for the GII
because it was financially a good deal, but the difference was slight. Sounds
silly but that is about all I notice. I use them daily so I am familiar with both."

"Darryl,
The G and GII are identical, except that the GII has rubber covered knobs, is all-black, and comes with the newer style bellows frames. The GX adds base tilts. All of these cameras have geared rise/fall and shift. Tilt and swing are manual."
