Orion-15 28mm f/6 - rangefinder coupled on Lieca with M adapter

I got Orion-15 in LTM mount that I want to use on Leica M6 with an adapter. Lens is rangefinder coupled but it works strange. Form 1 meter up to 3 meters it is ok, and then when focus on the lens it is on infinity - in rangfiner on leica focus is on ~3 meters. Is this normal for this lens?

I just made a quick test with film - it is not good. No picture at all, only white circle in the middle. It looks like I will give it back to seller .

It sounds like there are no lens elements in the middle of the lens. Maybe just a front and rear lens, based on the fact that it can't form an image. Definitely send that thing back.
