Sure, I'll ship there but postage is a killer.
Packed it's going to weigh about 7 1/2 lbs. and because there's a 4 lb limit on first class, it has to go priority mail.
Just checked the USPS site & it's going to be $46.00. Woof! That's a bite.
If it would be less, I could refund you the difference but I doubt it would be very much.
If you can access the site, you can check the fee.

It will do the job. I've been using the identical tripod with a Linhof ST IV and smaller cameras since about 1988. Significantly, when I got this version, I also had the Leitz version - the Leitz Tiltall found a new home.
