This is a rather hard-to-find original leather case for the Komura 105mm LTM lens. The condition is fair, but everything works as it should. Note the presence of the all-important pouch for the matched finder underneath the top of the case. If you're lucky enough to own a Komura 105, and need a case, this will do the trick!
