Orange cast (including borders) when using Kodak Ektacolor

I just bought Ektacolor replenisher, Blix and starter to use in trays. Started out with just the replenisher and all the prints had an orange cast. I mixed in the prescribed amount of starter and nothing changed. I tried 2 different kind of papers and nothing changed. It seems like the problem is probably the chemicals, but I just bought them from Unique Photo. I did notice the replenisher was expired by a few months, could that make a difference? I can't figure out what else it could be. I've been using the same darkroom, paper and enlarger previously with Arista chemicals and had no problems.

Help!

The image on the left has magenta and yellow almost all the way filtered out (around 150), the image on the right is at M50 Y50 C0

Are you using a safelight?
I assume you are using a paper easel and that the edges/border of the print should be white?

A red-yellow cast indicates cyan-blue light fogging.

Safelight??

Also I have a couple dopey paper safes, the plastic clip needs to be latched, otherwise it lifts the lid and fogs the paper with room lights. Are your filters fully inserted???

I don't have a safelight. What plastic clip are you referring to? All of the paper is in the black bag and in the box it came in.
It's on a Beseler dichro 67s2 so no filters. I can see the color head part working so I know it's not that.
I went and bought new chemicals and paper today and still having the same problem.
Sorry for all the info - it's just stumping me!

Me too. Things I can think of:
Developer contaminated by blix.
Extremely old or somehow fogged (xray?) paper.
Dichro head filter mechanism defect.
Overly bright green & blue status leds on some piece of equipment turned on while having the paper out.
Cyan turned all the way up instead of to zero.
Significant afterglow of white darkroom light.

Frankly none of those seem to be likely to cause the extent of the problem shown, apart perhaps from the blix/developer contamination. Perhaps several problems occurring together?

A thorough review of the workflow and all used equipment is in order.

You say you are using Ektacolor replenisher. Are you using a started in the developer?
