I was reading some history, and noticed the mention of fish glue as a support on glass:
https://filmcolors.org/cat/screen-processes/?records=100&sort=color_system-desc (Warner-Powrie)

Could you technically take something like canada balsam or a natural optical adhesive and mix it with cyanotype to coat glass? And skip the gelatin altogether?
My other question is, do the optical adhesives themselves dry hard, and take a long time to dry? I've never used them.
