Online Image Usage Check

I once found a cool piece of free downloadable software that runs through its database - the Internet to see where certain flagged images are being used. Unfortunately hard drive crash and I can not seem to remember the name.
In this way, a photographer can check on who is expropriating his images.
Can anyone out there help?
