I'm planning on converting to a Pro TL system and I want to offer my '70's bodies here.

I have one 1000S and one plain M645. I would like to sell them both together.

There are five inserts included, and three cases for the inserts. Two 120 and three 220.

There is only one hand crank and one WLF between the two bodies. It has a wire sportsfinder, and the plastic screen insert for the longer lenses.

There is a top cap on the second body...

...but I only have one body cap.

There is a right-hand motor drive...

...and a left-hand trigger grip.

There is a relatively compact aluminum case that I hope to keep, but it is cut for this kit, and if you really want it, you can pay $100 extra and I will send it.

I'm keeping the 55 and 80 f/2.8 lens for my newer body, unless you really really convince me to get rid of them (i.e. good $$$).

Both have served me well and provided great pictures for about three or four years. But both have issues that prevent them from being called "perfectly functional."

1. At least one of them, and maybe both, have curtain bounce at the very fastest shutter speeds. This means your shots end up half blank. A CLA by a competent technician takes care of this. So factor that cost in. (One of them may not have the issue. I don't remember.)

2. A previous owner, curse him, removed the tabs from two 220 inserts, so the camera sees them as 120 backs. This means that if you shoot 220 in the camera, you waste half the roll. But they work fine for 120. In short, you end up with four 120 inserts and one 220 insert.

3. I never serviced these cameras. I got them because they were good deals, and just shot them as they were. I avoided the highest shutter speeds, and other than that, they worked perfectly for me.

Both have working foam, but not perfect. There are NO light leaks. The M645 has the better foam, but the foam on the 1000S is not terrible.

Both have minor finish loss in the usual edge areas. The plain M645 has a bit more paint loss, because there is some on the back door. But over all, they are pretty clean machines cosmetically.

The plain M645 is over all in slightly better condition, even though it is missing a bit more paint. The foam is better and I think the curtain bounce is either less severe or not even there at all.

One of these cameras (and I don't remember which one...I used them both pretty much interchangeably) fell out of my back seat and hit the pavement once. As far as I can tell, all it did was give the camera some scrapes. I noticed no change in performance afterward, and it has been almost three years since that happened, without any issues popping up.

Given the issues I described (which I know to be livable, but which probably sound bad to a potential buyer), the fact that it comes with 5 inserts, and the fact that it has the motor drive and left hand grip, I would like to ask $200 for the kit. $300 with the case. If you really want the lenses, I will sell everything I have for this system for $600 (case, two bodies, one WLF/sportsfinder with clear screen for longer lenses, one top cap, one body cap, one hand crank, motor drive, left hand grip, five inserts, three insert cases, 80mm 2.8 lens, 55mm 2.8 lens, one rubber lens hood, one front lens cap, one rear lens cap, one proper Mamiya strap, one screw-on focusing collar extension ring).

Thank you!

P.S. I used to deal with money orders or checks only. But I started using PayPal again, so you are welcome to use that now.

Ok, I have decided to lower the prices to speed up a sale of some sort:

- Both bodies, WLF, all inserts, left hand grip, motor drive for $186 including shipping.
- Add the case for $100, shipping included.
- Buy my entire kit sans case (two bodies, one WLF/sportsfinder with clear screen for longer lenses, one top cap, one body cap, one hand crank, motor drive, left hand grip, five inserts, three insert cases, 80mm 2.8 lens, 55mm 2.8 lens, one rubber lens hood, one front lens cap, one rear lens cap, one proper Mamiya strap, one screw-on focusing collar extension ring) for $411 including shipping.

Geez, did I make it sound that bad? :D This is jut what you would risk getting if you bought a kit on E-Bay, but without the surprises/lies.

Feel free to make reasonable offers. I want to move this stuff on outta here.
