On-line curves plotting

I wrote a script to evaluate sensitograms. It takes an ordinary Excel file (*.xlsx) at the input and costs the corresponding curve (a family of curves, if the table has more than one column). The script is designed to work with sensitograms containing 21 fields (for example, from stouffer.net).
I would be grateful for your comments - what could be improved or redone.

I created a github repository. If someone is interested, you can modify the code for your purposes. The application is written in R language.
