I have this enlarger however it came without a timer. Would it be compatible with either a Dead Link Removedor Omega CT40 Darkroom Timer/Controller?

Help would be appreciated

Unless you're using a cold light head, yes.
A cold light will eventually damage an electronic timer.

Thank you. Are timers generally compatible with any enlarger brand?

You also need to be aware of the current/power handling limits of a timer - some enlargers draw a lot of power, and a few timers have a fairly low ability to handle power.

In most cases, however, limits are more than adequate.

Not necessarily! Cold lights have high inrush currents which can exceed the timer's rating and possibly damage it - that applies to mechanical as well as electronic timers. However if the timer has a high enough switching capacity (ours do) then cold light will not damage it.
