OK, lets make a deal. The lens boards may be gone, someone else is ahead of you. Also, do you really want the base and column? The shipping may throw water on your fire. I think everything else would fit in a large flat rate box for $14.

The head is to large for a flat rate box. It is shippable but may not be worth doing so.
