Hi.
I have a Omni-Con Variable Contrast Lamphouse on an Omega D6 enlarger.
I currently print on Ilford Multigrade RC paper.
The dark magenta filter was melted somewhat when I received it and the yellow filter was ok.
I was told these filters are not compatible with today‘s papers.
I used them anyway with some success.
I decided to try Ilford filters for better results. See attachment. #0 and #5
Would it be better to use the yellow filter, #0, or none (white light) with the #5?
Maybe abandon this 2 filter set up and obtain a proper slide in filter set for the lamp house?
Does anyone still use the Omni-Con Variable Contrast Lamphouse with original filters?
Tim
