I'm bringing an Omega D5 back to life after rescuing it from a trip to the dump. I stripped it all down, cleaned it up, and just about have it back together. I thought I took all kinds of precautions - took lots of photos, labeled individual bags with parts and screws, etc but I'm down to one part I just can't for the life of me figure out!

If anyone can help with a photo of their Omega or a description of where this part goes that would be super helpful! I'm having a bit of trouble getting the chassis realigned and I'm secretly hoping this might be a key.

p.s. I'm also looking for any leads on an elevation gear replacement. I have an email out to KHB but looking for any other leads. Thanks again!

Looks like a little alignment bushing that goes on the upper lifting arm for the lamp house.

I agree, that's the bushing Erik points to. Just had my own apart converting the lifting arms from a D5 to put the color head on my D2.
