Omega D2 condenser question

Hi everyone, my first post here.
I recently bought Omega D2 enlarger with Aristo D2 cold light head. I'm not sure what type it is. I'm still doing research and still learning about things. Enlarger came with two big condenser lenses on the side in the box but spacer ring for the lenses and variable condenser lens is missing. I learned that later...
If I don't find that spacer ring I'm kinda thinking of making one. It doesn't look like a complicated piece of equipment. Can anyone tell me dimensions of that ring? Is there anything special about it so I shouldn't bother making it?
That's if I find the variable lens...
Reason for all of this is, I want to have backup when Aristo goes and I want to try printing with condenser as well.

Any input and advice is appreciated!

Thank you

I have an Aristo VCL4500 on my Omega enlarger but Aristo went several years back. When one of the bulbs needed replacement there was the company that took them over making the bulbs for a short time. i bought a couple which were quite expensive. I was able to do the repair but also kept the cold light they replaced just in case. You might find what you are looking for on the web or someone might remember who took over Aristo. Sorry I can't help more.

Thank you for your help!
Yeah I did some research and aristo company doesn't exist anymore. At least the link for the website doesn't work. I figured when the light goes I'll have unusable enlarger... unless I find the top lens and spacer ring.

You don't need the top lens, it just concentrates the light a bit more for medium format and 35mm, your exposures might be longer. The spacer for the lower condensers is just a sheet of corrugated aluminum curved to the inside circumference of the outside cylinder.

Thank you for this info. That makes me feel better. I'm still learning about things. I don't mind printing longer. If that's what the top lens does then I'm good. I thought it was more critcal for the performance of the enlarger. I've seen that corugated ring and that should be pretty easy to make if worth find the material. Do you know the height? I can do the math on the length and cut it to size.

Thank you, I've seen this but I wasn't sure if these guys are selling or this is just an product info page. It doesn't look like online store. I'll contact them and see.

The height is enough to keep the flat side of both lenses facing out--so there is no space between the inside edge of the cylinder and the flat side of the condenser lenses.

Thank you Pieter!
Found some photos and user manual. I did the math and got the measurements. Just have to find proper material.
