OM-2s Program

Just got an OM-2S in the mail and I can't get a lens on it until I get home from work. But I put new batteries in and pressed battery check and it does not appear to be working. Does a lens have to be attached for it to be fully functional. Thanks.

No lens must be attached. Good luck

By pressing the battery check you have probably exhausted the batteries!
