yes, well made site, in case it is closed permanently I guess you could still download the contents you are interested in through the Wayback machine.

The related forum is still alive up to today. And in the past there were reports on old forum-software issues, which necessitated partial forum cancelletions.

Maybe that Wiki authorisation thing is a server bug.

That web-site gave me a severe ZAS(Zuiko AS) and currently looking to get 21mm but it is rather very hard to find.
