hi there, i have an olympus xa2 with a new issue with its shutter. the camera meters correctly for the presence of low light with the green light indicating in the viewfinder. however, when the shutter is actuated the shutter will either stay open or the shutter will click but fail to open. when the shutter stays open advancing the film advance will cause the shutter to close.

i have tried new batteries and this does not help. does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this. otherwise does anyone have the service manual for an XA2 specifically?

Could it be that the meter doesn't see any light and keeps the shutter open to compensate? Or does it work fine in brighter light?

I've used the camera, but I don't remember exactly how it should behave.
