This is dropped off with other cameras. It needs a battery, altho, we did test it with a borrowed one to be sure it was working. It is very clean and would make a nice point/shoot for a young person, or for someone who doesn't want to carry around some heavy. It also comes with a nice little carrying pouch. $10 plus shipping

the bell and howell i am clueless about. It is the strangest little thing I have ever seen, it is a half frame 35mm , but other than that....... Propably a collector's item as i am not even sure it works.
make offer (not looking for big bucks :confused:smile: Just hate to just throw it away.

Interesting camera. It is a Canon Dial 35 with Bell and Howell branding for the US. Here is a user manual. You might be able to test it out, it does take a Mercury battery. The big handle is to wind a spring motor drive.

Interesting, I had figured out the handle. It even has a molded hard case. I will bookmark the manual just in case someone needs it.

I have two Dial 35's. If you pull out the black knob, it will let you adjust the f-stops manually, even without a battery or if the meter is dead. Pushed in, it's shutter priority. The big problem with these seem to be that the wind-up spring motor gets gummed up from dis-use (that, and the light seals get gummy). The motor come out relatively easy and mine at least cleaned up well with naphtha.

Half frame camera is no longer available. Thanks to all for the tips about it's use. I must say, I was amazed at the interest it gathered.
