Here is another bit of praise for Henry Scherer:

This time, a 50 Sonnar f/1.5 in leica thread mount, made in mid 1945.
Henry took it all apart, polished out all the rough parts of the mechanical ( original assembly was a little hasty ), reassembled it properly, collimated it,
and gave me detailed instruction on how to be sure I didn't kill it when I began using it.
It is wonderful, and I can't say too much for him.
