old stereo scope camera needs a good shop

A friend of mine from Mexico had me lug this thing up to the states to send in to get repaired. The issue is that the arm that connects the two lenses has broken at the screw. It needs to somehow be re attached while keeping the lenses in sync. Who is the preferred shop around apug for something like this that also won't charge a fortune?

It doesn't look as if it would be that difficult for a good repairman.
