OLD Rolleiflex 2.8 transport problem

I am trying to figure out this old Rollei i got handed down.

ROlleiflex f2.8 SN 1617221

Loaded a roll, but the winder does not stop at any point and just runs through the entire film.
This happened three times, i got tired of respooling the film.

Shutter works fine on most speeds.

Any idea?

Is this something worth while dealing with?

It's useless. I'll give you 20 bucks and shipping just so you don't have to look at it anymore.
