An APUG friend of mine suggested I try my found film in Rodinal and use a longer standing developing technique.
Suggestions for time & agitation please.
Thanks
PS:Rodinal , D-76,and HC-110 are my only developers.
As the film's old base fog is likely to be higher so any technique that gives a compensating effect like stand development is entirely the wrong approach.
Rodinal is a good choice as it's clean working and gives better film speed than HC110, and contrast is best controlled with the choice of dilution. Personally I'd start at 2+75 (half way between 1+25 & 1+50) for 10 minutes @ 20°C, that should give a decent level of contrast.
