Hi, I´ve just been given an old lightmeter -it has a z on the front.....I´d like to use my Nikon F80 with my lensbaby but in this configuration the camera can´t meter so I thoght the Lightmeter might work - question is how do you work out what it´s telling you? the numbers just don´t make any sense...

If a meter has very strange numbers on it, chances are it's a cine meter, which gives an exposure in stops (apertures, let's say f1 or f1.4 to f22) and fps (frames per second, probably within a range of say 4 to 64).
