Well, the Delta 400 emulsion should be the same regardless of what the film size is. If you have instructions for small tank processing for 120, it should work for 35mm. Having said that, your choice of developer, Microdol-X does not give full box speed in developing, so your negatives may appear underexposed regardless of what size Delta 400 you process. Most people de-rate the ISO of a given film for processing in Microdol-X.
