Contact your city and county to find out if they sponsor hazardous waste collection. For me both city and county do but it’s not easy... infrequent and somewhat quirk rules that must be followed. For me it’s been more hit than miss with these roundup events/centers. I’ve noticed neighbors getting quicker and easier service by abandoning waste indiscriminately... mostly motor oil and batteries, which will get an emergency pickup when reported. I can only assume, though, that potential fines can also be incurred if one is caught doing such a practice.
They are the complete color C-41 processing kit. The main developer has turned black and flaky. Not sure if the fixed is still good.I'd make an enquiry with one of the commercial disposal companies - it may be that the cost will be sufficiently reasonable to be worth it for you.
You may wish to list what you have here. Some of the bottles might still be usable.

I just have so much of those. The bleach is like in 5 liter bottles.
Not sure if it is worth it. Bleach is corrosive chemicals and have to be labeled....Hmmm, perhaps you could sell them for a low price? Be upfront about the age of the chemicals though.
