OK, WPPD -- I'm ready!

Did a test run of Rev 2 of the SQ-Hole camera this AM. It's actually going to work. (Rev 1 had serious vignetting problems thanks to some machining-on-the-fly decisions.)

This is a negative scan from Delta 100 developed in HC-110 Dilution H. I used the compensated exposure numbers from PinholeDesigner.

Hi Art,

Thanks -- I'm on the list, been signed up for a couple of weeks. It's the sudden realization that I made a commitment for this year's event -- and Sunday is the day -- that finally got me moving to finish "Rev 2."

Sometimes we just need deadlines . . . :rolleyes:

I have several quart paint cans and some gallon paint cans that are now pinhole cameras. Started with empty cans, bought at the hardware store. Insides are clean and were already a flat, dark gray color. Lids are light tight. Cut a hole in the side (or top, or both) and make pin hole in brass shim stock. Tape to inside of can. Refridgerator magnets make good shutters for a tin can camera.

Photo paper held in place by friction or in some cases a tiny spot of blu-tack.

Quart size will accept a 4x10 sheet of paper around it perimeter. Gallon will accept 7x10 around its perimeter. Your mileage may vary.

I took the Century Graphic with pinhole lensboard out Sunday before I even found out it was WWPD!

Here are a couple off the roll - Efke 100 in PC-TEA 1+50 for 10 minutes. Both shots were taken out at Makara, near Wellington. Exposure was 30s for the church, with the standard set at the infinity stops for the 101mm lens. For the house I had the wire frame finder on the standard touching the camera body and an exposure of 1 min.
