So I have this roll of Kodachrome 64 laying around. I thought it would be good to run it through a classic camera like my Canon QL17.
Would I be able to send it to the lab for development in E6?
Would I need any compensation of the ISO?

NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!
It is NOT OK to run Kodachrome in E6.
Kodachrome is a very strange film which only processes in K-14, which was discontinued in 2010.
If you run Kodachrome in E6, the emulsion will strip off and you will get no image. plus, the Rem-Jet backing will clog the processor.
If you want this film processing, your best bet is to use someone like Process C-22 here in the UK, or Film Rescue in Canada.
Another way is to process it as B&W. PM me if you do not know how to do this.
Hope I solved your problem

E6 film includes dyes that form the colour image during second development. Kodachrome emulsion does not include these dyes - they have to be added separately during the development process. So if you process Kodachrome as E6 then you won't get a colour image (because there are no dyes), and the bleach after second development will get rid of the silver image, leaving nothing.

Process C22 or Film Rescue will only process it as black and white too.
