I'm going to assume these 4 year old solutions are good, unless there is reason to believe otherwise.

2% phenidone in propylene glycol
2% benzotriazole in "" "
10% KBr in H2O

No, they are all useless, please send them to me for proper disposal.....

I can vouch that the KBr will be good. I can state that my 2% Benzotriazole in water is 20 years old and still works.
