Off the shelf Battery for a Rollei 35 LED?

My in-laws gave me this very smart looking rollie 35. I need to buy a PX-27 or comparable battery and have found a site http://www.photobattery.com/PX27.html that has it, but I was rather hoping that I'd be able to go to the corner drug store and pick one off of the rack. Am I on drugs or are there common replacements available.

A hearing aid battery may work. I use the small size for my Mirandas and Spotmatics.

Well of course I couldn't possibly comment on the drugs part , but maybe you might want to consider the costs of a conversion device?
