OEC Filters?

Howdy,
I'm in the market for a new IR filter and I've seen inexpensive 720mm filters under the brand name OEC. Has anybody used these? They seem to be about half or less of the price of "name brand" filters.
I'm a bit concerned about the too good to be true factor...

That should be 720nm filter, not 720mm!
