Here's a chance to show off your best work and maybe win a prize. Since this is our first attempt at hosting such an event, we decided to keep it simple:
Topic: anything you want.
Film: any 4x5, negative or transparency.
The only requirement is that it was processed in our SP-445 film tank.
First prize: box of Foma 100 or 400 film (winners choice)
Second prize: box of Shanghai 100 film
Third prize: package of our "Special Cut" contact paper

Entries will be judged on artistic expression, composition and technical merit.
Multiple entries by the same photographer are okay. However, only the last three will be considered by the judges and no contestant can win more than one prize.
Of course you should ask your friends to vote for you! However, while the number of votes may be considered by the judges, votes will not be the deciding factor in awarding prizes.
Contest starts now; ends October 31st. So get out your 4x5 and go take some photos. The real prize will be bragging that you won the first ever Stearman Press Photo contest.
