Oaram Duka 10 Studio Safelight Question

Just cleaning out the storeroom and found this safelight. It's a beautiful light that I picked up a long time ago but it didn't work. I got a new bulb for it back then hoping that that was the fix but it wasn't. Anyone else think it must be the ballast? Any other ideas? Anyone know what ballast it would take? We're talking a 110v version here. It's so nice I really would like to get it working.

Don't you mix up the Duka 10 with the Duka 50 ?


Anyway, for both completely different types I assume the ballasts would last. It is the lamps that are degrading by use and I expect the starters to be degrading too.
