Our cemetery here is not as old as this but some of the "essence" is the same. I certainly do not have a camera equal to the range of his, but I would like to have a few of my shots mirror some of the impact his images present. He must be "seeing" his cemetery different from the way I look at mine. I am a great fan of his work.

OMG! :surprised: Thanks, Mike!

I have to say that I am absolutely blown away by the window sill series, too!
Nice!!

I don't spend near as much time on the site as I did at one time. When I saw the thread title I thought perhaps we had lost poor Matt! Glad to see he was visiting and not a permanent occupant.

Wonderful work as always Matt.

wow.
I saw this thread title and thought "this must be a typo"... thank you all so very much for the kind words (esp to you mike for starting this).
Life's been sucker punching me alot the last few weeks, this was quite invigorating and a nice change of pace to see.

I'm still continuing to shoot at this cemetery, just can't seem to get enough of it.

again, thank you all for the kind words.

I'll tell you one thing - it is interesting to look at. I remember early postings and images and always make a point of looking at Matts new gallery entries.
