NYC CLA Advice

I've just got a Canon Serenar 35mm f3.5 LTM for my Bessa-R rangefinder off the eBays - it's got some light haze and the focus is pretty sticky. Does anyone have any good advice about where I can get it CLA'd in oraround New York City? Or, failing that, where I could send it away to and about how much it might cost? New to the vintage lens world, sorry if this is a noob question.

Turns out I work just blocks from Mr. Rubio and we know several people in common - thanks for the tip! I'll let you know about my experience when I get my lens back.
