does this unit include a vacumn frame?? curious as I have access to a good deal if so.....

If not taken apart, yes it does include the vacum frame. Can you ask seller?

Yep. Many times the vacuum frame isn't working. It's usually the hose inside the unit, and not the pump. As such it is any easy fix. Less common, but common enough, the bladder has cracks, but if you get it on a good enough deal, it's well worth the fix.
