For my New England apug friends, I received word today that I (& 10 others) are up for a News and Documentary Emmy award next month for research that was carried out a few years ago for the film "Traces of the Trade" Although I took some stills during production, this was/is only for my research of first hand documentation from the 18th and 19th century describing the New England slave trade.
