We have fully switched over to our Colex RT processor so we no longer need our minilab. I'm listing it for sale as a package that includes everything you need to do volume processing of 35mm and 120 films. Since shutting down the processor I drained it of all its chemistry, used Hydra products to clean the racks and tanks, and replaced some worn parts. It's now ready to be re-assembled and re-filled with chemistry.
It includes the processor and all racks obviously. A bunch of 120 cassettes. A ton of leader cards. The loading and taping station. Many manuals and some spare parts.
It has no problem areas specifically. The little hydraulic arm that holds the loading lid up wore out, but you'll find that on all of them these days. I did recently read about a replacement, but of course it's just a convenience. The LCD screen has no lines or issues. The cutters work well even with the new film stocks on Gold and P800. Due to the cost and complexity of this machine I'm only accepting local pick up here in Maine. I am also only accepting wire transfer or cash. I will demo the working of the machine and give a tutorial of its use and maintenance.
If you're interested in starting a lab, one of these is essentially prerequisite. It brought our little shop from a bare bones start up to where we are now! (If you can believe it I started the lab with just a Phototherm SSK-8R and 1 Fuji Frontier SP3000).
Price is $8000.00, which is significantly less than the 10-12k some of the reseller shops are asking. I will supply any serious party with photos and more info.
